NullPointerException on accessing the case narrative on Audit tab in V7.3
When we open case and navigate to Audit--> Case Narrative tab the below error is encounter for random cases.
"The Flow Action pre-processing activity pzFetchSubcaseAttachments failed: java.lang.NullPointerException"
In tracer I found that this pzGetAttachmentData activity 2nd step is failing to open the Object.
please suggest any approach how to fix this issue.

Yes Marc, This object is existed and for some cases I am able to see case narrative on audit tab and observed that
This issue is happening for few cases which is having audit history more than 50 pages.
