Capture Idle time on each tab
We would like to capture the idle time spent on each tab. As of now, there is no OOTB rule in Pega to capture the idle time at the tab level. We have a scenario in our application, open multiple tab ( each table will be having a different task ) ,business would like to know, how time spent on each tab ( task ) .
Here I have described our scenario:
1.We would like to capture the idle time on each tab. As of now, there is no OOTB rule in Pega to capture the idle time at the tab level. 2. I am active on tab 3rd and 4th tab but I opened Tab 1, 2 ,3, 4 and 5 3. I am active on 4th and 5th tab. 4. I would like to idle time on the tab opened ( tab 1, 2, 3 ) 5. Is there any OOTB rule to get the idle time?

Just to clarify a few things. By "Tab" do you mean browser tab or a tab in CS? In the scenario, step #3, how could you be active on both the 4th AND 5th tab? Maybe it would be helpful to describe what you mean by "active". Does it mean the case is open in any tab or does it mean it's in focus for the agent? Thanks!

Sorry for the confusion caused.
I mean the CS tabs. Suppose, when I create the case the WO will get created, based on the Main WO, we will be creating a sub Tasks. Each sub task will get open in each CS tab. We have search functionality to search the policy number and task name, based on the search result, if we click on the task, it will open in new tab. - Example Policy 12345 has 3 sub tasks, I open all the sub tasks but actively working on only 1 tab and I let the remaining 2 tabs opened but I am not performing any action on that. In that case, I would like to calculate the idle time spent on those tabs.

My Actual ask is, how to identify the idle time spent on each browser tab?
