Cannot preview pdf files named in a particular Japanese name

Hi, I am confronting trouble that PDF files which our client give a file name in a particular Japanese word cannot be previewed on the case manager.
Where can I find solution of this problem?
Pega Platform that our team use is "7.4.0".

Hi @kazesan, Please help me understand the issue.
1. PDF files with name containing any Japanese word cannot be previewed on the case manager? or
2. PDF files with name containing particular Japanese word cannot be previewed and files containing other Japanese words can be previewed.
3. PDF files are visible but name is not proper for Japanese word. Does it contain ??????????? characters?
