Thread name on PDF attachment preview.
When a PDF is uploaded as an attachment to a case, a preview of the pdf can be seen when we click on the pdf link.
However, in the preview, the PDF tab thread name shows up on the preview. PFA the screen shot of the issue.
Is this a known issue? Any resolutions available?
We use Pega 8.1.3.

Upon reviewing the associated Support Request, it was advised that this was resolved in the latest Patch release. You can find our Patch Releases here.

Hi Srinivas,
I haven't seen the behavior in your case so, I assume you did look at the right place on the preview.
This means that the issue is either resolved in higher versions or its behavior depends on the kind of pdf. May be the system is
looking at some meta data of the pdf which we are not aware of and if its empty then the thread name is showing up.

Hi Sunil,
If my understanding of your issue is correct, then this the place where I am looking:
Here SR-Dxxxx is the case type name and S-21 is the case name.
I can maybe check if this behavior is seen in 8.1.3.
Update: I checked in 8.1 and I only see the case type and case name.
