I am having a requirement to preview the word document on click of attachment which is attached to the case.

Please suggest.

@Tarun If you are using Theme-Cosmos, the files and documents utility pane by default has the feasibility to preview pdf files. For a Word document, you might need a custom implementation. If your application is migrated from an older version, you may need to refactor the codes to use the latest feature. Please also check the impacts for older attachments.
