how to genarate word document from work object and attach this document and send in mail attachment.

I have a requirement to generate word document from work object details and attach this to mail as a word document.
can you please suggest me how we can generate word document it includes clipboard values and images and attach this to mail .?

This is an example of how a document can be generated based on the inputs available on clipboard and then attach the generated docuement in your work object
Once you are able to generate your document you can think of using the activitySendEmailWithAllAttachments

I think what you're asking about is often called DWA, or Directed Web Access. See if you can find PDN info on that subject. Basically, it is an external reference to a work object, which the recipient can click on once, do an action, and click submit. Once that has been done, the link doesn't work a second time. /Eric
