How to set up Microsoft Word for inline display or editing
Does this really mean we can edit word doc on the case view and save the doc?

The experts confirmed Pega can't edit word in browser.
Then how to interpret this help file?

Have you tried per the doc? I checked it is still there for Pega 7.2 onlinehelp. If it is confirmed not working by SMEs, we should file a doc bug.

Hi Kevin,
I didn't try it because it says registry error is not reversible.
The main concern is everybody says it is not possible to edit word in browser, but this help says possible.
I don't know how help doc team got this information. Could you check please?
