To get an error message to display at the top of the harness vs. next to a field/property:
- Set the error message at the page level (i.e. by using Page-Set-Message)
- OR if the error message is on a property that is not included in the display, it will display the error for that property at the top of the harness.

Save as "Perform" harnes of Work- in your ruleset version and goto second tab of perform harness "Display Options" and then select "Form Level errors" as "Top of harness".
