Cannot find On load event for notifications in Pega 8.4

Hi,

May i know In Pega 8.4 , Where can I find the on load event for notification subscriber as in Pega 7.

as i need to show a popup notification using java script in callback function, doing a poc for a client requirement where i need to show an pop up notification in event of new notification is received.

Note: my application is build on pega cosmos themes app.
