Go to Records --> SysAdmin --> RuleSet

Create an Unauthenticated RuleSet

Go to Application --> Definition,  Add Unauthenticated Ruleset

Go to Records --> Security --> AccessGroup and Create as below

Save

Goto Create --> Technical --> Binary File and create a binary file as below

Click on upload and upload your image from your system and click on save

Search for Web-Login HTML File and open and saveas to the unautheticated ruleset that u created.

Add the below code and save and make sure to checkin

Now goto Records --> SysAdmin --> RequestorType

And click on Browser Settings and add unauthenticated ruleset and save

Now u can check the back ground image of your login Screen changes. 😊
