Pega Upgrade from 7.3.1 to 8.4 on Pega Cloud

One of our Cloud customers is running an upgrade to 8.4. They have the below questions

1. Wanted to confirm if setting Pega-RULES pzPegaSUT is availible in Pega version 8.4 to support thier automation testing?

2. Does Test identifiers on UI elements change with the upgrade to 8.4 from 7.3.1?
