Upgrade to Pega 8.1 from Pega 7.3.1

Hi,

We are currently on Pega 7.3.1 and are planning to upgrade environment to Pega 8.1.

How can I check if all hotfixes we requested for 7.3.1 are available in Pega 8.1?

Thank you Jakub and Lukasz for you responses.

We have contacted Pega GCS team again by providing list of hotfixes we have in our 7.3.1 environment and this time they responded back by confirming list of hotfixes that are already part of 8.1

Hi Murali,

Pega 8.1 is compatible with the older versions. (backward compatibility). Everything should work without objections.

Hi,

However, the best approach is to is to understand the upgrade experience on a clone first. And from the https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/platform/help-systems, You can choose any versions (I think the latest will be relevant). And take a look on the upgrade guide from new release to get a clear understanding.
