Cannot able to change Page after Expanding a Case
Hi, In section we are using a Dynamic layout and in that, we are using a Table layout for calling the cases created by the Data page. The Table layout has Expandable Rows enabled using Master Detail. If I change to the 2nd page and expand any one of the cases and try to come back to page 1, I am unable to come back as none of the functionalities are working. Can anyone help on this issue

@NPAVANR4 thank you. The description of the ticket is:
"We have an Expandable rows configured in a grid which is an OOTB rule provided by Pega, when user clicks on the Expand icon to view the particular Case Details and tries to change the page navigation using pagination to another page we are unable to switch between pages.The issue is also occurring when user selects Multi select checkboxes / column sorting in the grid and tries to switch between pages using pagination."
Issue:
GCS verified that sorting is not working and when we click on pagination the mouse icon is not changing to hand icon to click on the link. During call we tested the table use case with optimized grid and it working fine but needed expandable rows thats only possible with non optimized grids.
Tried to remove master detail and enabled show details checkbox and tested sorting is not working but pagination is working fine. Its issue with the table and its been corrupted.
Status:
GCS is waiting for you to recreating the table and verify the issue.

@NPAVANR4 I can see that the ticket you quoted (INC-B21693 - Pagination not working as expected) was closed with the following solution:
Incident primary reason description:
Whenever we expand the row in the table and try pagination the context of the table is missed for pagination js function. Due to which we are seeing console error as table context is undefined.
Solution description:
Open the table configurations and in General tab below table source enable checkbox "Disable automatic refresh"

@NPAVANR4 - If the purpose of the table is only for read only mode . Instead of using master detail select edit option to none and enable check box show details and verify the issue.
Note: This option not available for optimized tables.
