Case cannot be opened - Cannot populate page or stringmap

Hi ,

Recently we upgrade pega application from 7 to 8.4.

users are facing problem when they are opening some of work items and getting below error .

Cannot populate page or StringMap from DataStoreResultSet as it has a null or zero length stream (pzPVStream column): code: <none> SQLState: <none> Message: <none>

first time we are facing this type of issues. Screnshot is added with attached document. 

Please some one can help to get rid of these issues.

As per the PDN link you provided , The resolution says to remove all the work objects where pzPVStream is null. But those are real prod work objects that are currently working by end users.

Is there any way to restore the BLOB data as it contains the real time data.
