Case Missing and Cannot be open

Hi, we have issued with case where our case cannot be opened, when we check it on pc_assign_worklist and pc_assign_workbasket. the case is nowhere to be found .

attached is the error message when we tried to open the case from administrator login .

You can click the 'Repair This Assignment' button to try fixing the broken assignment. To determine how it got into a bad state, I would start by reviewing the work object history to see what steps led up to the error. You can also check the pxFlow data on pyWorkPage to see where the work object expects to be at this point.
