Not able to expand rows of repeat grid after exporting the data to an excel file
Hi Team,
I have a repeat grid which is sourced using a pagelist. On action-top, I have a button that calls a wrapper activity that inturn calls MSOGenerateExcelFile activity to generate the excel file. The download is happening and I am able to view the data as well. Now, when i try to expand the row of the grid or try to sort the columns nothing is working. The wrapper activity is called on the button to refresh the section containing the grid. Please provide any suggestions.

Hi Praveen,
We were able to resolve the issue by placing the export to excel download button in another section and refreshing only that section. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Chaitanya,
Could you please verify the tracer or browser tool network tab, any request is processing. Also verify browser console, it is throwing any exception. If its throwing exception and update us with same for further debugging.

Can you please provide me the steps of the activity that you added on click of button? We have a requirement of exporting the grid repeat data (source - pagelist) to excel.

Hi Soumya,
I am calling the OOTB activity via a wrapper activity which is referenced in the button. Since the source of the grid is a pagelist, a steppage should be added for the OOTB activity. This is the configuration of the button.
For the OOTB activity parameters
FSFileName: Name of the excel file. eg:"Newfile.xlsx"
TemplateRFB : "excel!msotemplate!xlsx"-->This is the binary file of type excel. Once created you need to upload an excel file that you want along with the headers.
For the excel to be uploaded and the properties that are to be displayed, on each column refer them as below
{pagelist.pxResults().propertyname input}
Download check box should be set to true in the OOTB activity.
