blank page after submitting a case
Hello Guys,
I have created a case type having 3 stages. On the final stage, I have a section having a certain grid inside it. When I run this case, once I arrive at the final stage and I click on "Submit" button, it will redirect me to the following screen:
My question is: From where this page is displayed? I didn't put it inside my stages. Can it be hidden? It is too annoying having it .

Try changing it under the flow action level "Action tab" .

Hi Rosy,
The Confirm harness usually displays for me when I complete the final stage of a work object. Can you check whether your Confirm harness is displayed and what it contains?

Thanks a lot Carissa!! Yopu are right!! But,if I don't want to show this harness at final stage, what should I do? Logically, I want to have only the section that I have constructed in my last stage... How to hide this confirm harness here?

Try specifying your harness name under the flowaction- action tab " If an assignment is not being performed " filed Screenshot below.

Thx a lot for ur quick response, however, I already tried that inside "Processes" tab of my flow (even I tried the option "close this case") , but, I'm always redirected to the same harness, Please note that I'm using Pega 7.1.7. Did I miss something?

I really appreciate that although it is too weird having duplication in "flow" and "flow action" screens!!
