After upgrade from 7.1.5 version to 7.1.9 version, After submitting a case i am getting blank screen.

Hi,

After upgrade from 7.1.5 version to 7.1.9 version, After submitting a case i am getting blank screen.

I couldn't able to see confirm.

please provide suggestions.

@Keerthi Goli did you check the troubleshooting steps suggested here and here?

Provide and attach the following to check the issue,

1. Log file - check for any rule not found, and see if these can be created.

2. Issue screenshots

3. Tracer - please check for errors.

4. Press F12 and take screenshot if you find any errors in the web console.   Does this occur on all browsers?  All users? All cases?

5.  Check your upgrade logs - any errors?

You may need to log a support incident if the above proves inconclusive.
