Can we use UI-Kit 14 with prpc version 8.2.1
default font size in UI-Kit 13 is 16 px, our users are not liking, instead of customizing thought of using the UI-Kit 14 that has font 14 px. Where can I download UI-kit 14

If 13 is the latest you see on your 8.2.1 system, then 14 is likely for 8.3
It seems overkill to try and replace the entire UI kit version to change a font size. Have you considered doing this through the skin or otherwise?

Thanks, Rett. is there a way I can change a single place the font size in the skin rule so that it will apply across the skin. also, the text box height seems to be bigger.

Rules that have been created on a more recent Pega platform version should never be moved to an older version - the reason is that the model is updated / changed when moving to a new version and this model might not be compatible with older Pega platform version.
It is OK to move rules from older Pega platform version to newer Pega platform release but the reverse is NOT supported.
As such, you should never move a more recent version of ui-kit (14) to an older Pega platform.
