Is it possible to include UI-Kit 10-01 in 7.3.0 version?

Is it possible to include UI-Kit 10-01 in 7.3.0 version. We found that it is available in 7.3.1 version.

No, as per my understanding.

Because as per "What's new?" in Pega 7.3.1, a new UI kit(UI-Kit 10-01) is added.
