Can we customize the pega agent failure notifications?
After reviewing the existing rules, there is no extension point to modify the agent failure notifications.
Current notification sends out agent name & node id. It would be better if we can send Node name and Environment name in that notifcation. Is there any way to modify subject & body of the email in pega v 8.2.1
Agent activty Name: pzNotifyAgentTermination
Email Body: This is an automated notification: Agent : AutoApproval has crashed on Node: 08fdfde7bade996db14a57c216096296.

You can use the value of StepStatusGood in your agent activity and use SendEmailNotification activity for sending the message when it goes down.

there is a OOTB feature to send the notifications when agent is crashed/stopped.
We want to customize the notifications to add environment name and node name instead of just including node id(current OOTB notification).

I second this, using node id doesn't mean anything to anyone. We'd also like to be able to change this to host name or server name. Something that is more easily identifiable to a human.

@BharatG9850Would it not be possible for you to set the Node Id same as the Node Name. This way it will list the Node name int he email. The email already lists the system Name and this will resolve your need.

@BharatG9850 : Did you get any solution to this? We also need similar changes for our application. Could you please let me know, on which class pzNotifyAgentTermination is present and what is the Agent name and Ruleset which triggers it ? I am not able to find.

@SUCHANDRAROY Only way is to update notification subject and body through the following field values (EmailBodyForAgentTermination / EmailSubjectForAgentTermination)
