Status change or failure related Notification Features.

Hi Team,

Similar to email notification feature related to agents failure status in PRPC842 version, do we have any similar options for the below mentioned services as well ? 1) Decisioning services Stream nodes 2) File listener  3) Kafka Decisioning Data flows 4) System & Nodes
