want a notification for a particular agent disabled

AES notifies when we subscribe for any agent is disabled, but how about if I am interested to subscribe a particular agent notification only?

We have many OOTB agents and we also have customer specific agents. We want to know whenever the agents that we created for our code goes down. Is there a way to configure an alert only for this set of agents. Not all the agents.
