Hi Naresh,

This is something which is readily available to use in AES tool. Let me know if this satisfies your UseCase.

Autonomic Event Services (AES) tool is capable of sending an Email Alert whenever any Agent (both Custom & Pega OOTB Agents) gets stopped. This works internally based on PEGA0010 Alert which gets generated whenver any Agent gets Disabled or failed to Start due to some exception.
