Trigerring alerts when pega indexing fails
Hi Team,
Is there a way to trigger an alert from PegaAES or log an entry to pegarules or pega alert log when the pega rule(work or data) indexing fails. If there is no such mechanism is there a way we can achieve this. We are currently on Pega 8.5.3

As per the article, there is an option to send the email only when the re-indexing is completed or when the search nodes are modified. As per the question, if there are any failures in the search indexing an entry should be made in the logs. I am not sure if there could be a feature like that in pega.

Hi @P.Siva.Praveen, Yes, There is no such option in PEGA OOTB options to make entry in logs explicitly. Options to monitor search indexer functionality is to use email notifications / PDC. As per my understanding it will send notification even if indexing fails. Thanks.
