Can not load a deploy into OpenSpan Runtime
Hello there!
I am facing this issue when trying to load my automation into the Runtime. After I select my deploy file, it seems to load forever, and nothing happens, not even an error. Is there any logs I could check or anything I should take a look to solve this trouble?
I'm using OpenSpan version Proprietary information hidden.

You can right-click on the tray icon;
- Select Diagnostics Configuration.
- Select the File Publisher and change the Mode to On.
- Select the Log Categories tab.
- Change All Categories to Verbose for the most complete logging.
I'd then advise you to restart Runtime and load your package again and work from the end of the log up to determine what may be occurring. You may be encountering an exception that would be readily visible in the log file.
