Can Runtime be deployed with Microsoft SCCM?

Hi. One of our customers is asking us on if we can deploy Runtime software, not packages, with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. I assume we can do that, but let me double-check it. Do we have any past experience at the customer's site?
