Error on runtime.openspan file

Hi Team, Currently i am facing an issue. Once the project was deployed and i am trying to install in runtime environment by adding load local project and i added the openspan file. Now its popping up an error message as Error loading project. Could not load file or assembly openspan,office,version. I have attached the image. May i know the exact fix to it asap. Regards Syam

You're getting this because you either didn't install the office connectors on your runtime machine, installed the wrong office connectors, or have a different version of office between the two machines. Reinstall Runtime with the correct office connector version.
