ERROR loading "***FILE***_Debug.OpenSpan'
I keep getting the following error whenever I try to debug the prog for the second time.
'The process cannot access the file '***********.dll' because it is being used by another process
Which is followed by two more errors:
1. RuntimeProjectEventArgs.Project property cannot be null.
2. Attaching the Pega Robotics Debug Engine debugger to process '****' on machine '*****' failed. Operation not supported. Unknown error: 0x80004005
The only way I could resolve is by restarting the whole computer and then opening Openspan and run the project again. The error details are attached with this post.

This error usually occurs when there is a remaining Runtime process that is using the DLL. If the process didn't shutdown gracefully this might happen. Usually you can check by looking through task manager to see if there are are OpenSpan.Runtime.exe processes running.

Before starting new Openspan Runtime, make sure old runtime exe is stopped.
