OpenSpan runtime crash
Hi,
I am getting runtime crash issue for a customer which has more than 20 reports, log and automation screenshot is attached. Need help.

It may be that you are reaching a stack overflow with too many automations executing on a single thread. This happens when you have logic with forloops or too many jumps. I recommend trying to find a location in the loop to add an asynchronous execution link. I usually do this at the beginning of the forloop or at the end of the forloop logic.
To make a link asynchronous, just right-click the yellow connection link and choose 'Asynchronous'.
Test again and see if that resolves your issue. If it doesn't, attach a screenshot of where you made the change.

Did this always happen? Has there been any changes to the system recently?
Could you attach the full verbose runtimelog.txt?

We have recently put our solution on PROD, so it is crashing always where a customer has more than 20 reports. Attaching full logs for your reference.
