Can I implement a feedback collection feature in Pega without using a Case Type?
I have a requirement where:
- A feedback screen should appear for users on their login screen.
- A Job Scheduler will pick eligible users and send PDF and reminder emails (SLA-like behavior).
- The feedback data should be stored in a table and displayed in reports.
- A PDF of the feedback should be generated and shown in an existing Inquiry screen.
- All of this should work without creating a Case Type.
My questions:
- Is it feasible to achieve this entirely case-less in Pega?
- What is the best approach for:
- Generating and storing the PDF (without linking to
pzInsKey)? - Implementing SLA-like reminders without a case?
