How do i configure a guest login in a case type?
A customer logs in as a guest to initiate a service request.Post successful completion of service request a personalized unique user id with a password is allotted to the guest,which the customer may note.A similar info on user id and password is sent to the user by an email.
what should be the steps in my stage and how to generate user id and password?

Hi,
From your requirement if my understanding is correct you need to create a operator ID dynamically for the guest user with the provided details.
For creating new operator id record pega provides default activity called AddNewOperatorRecord. The thing here is when you run the activity it shows Org,Div,Unit errors after filling the form. So you have to include the pyOrganization, pyOrgDiv, pyOrgUnit as params and set the values by using property set method in the activity.
