I want to add new Interaction type on my application. When I try to save it gives error saying "Error saving rule"? How do I resolve it?

Hi,

Does the error message say anything more than that when it is displayed on the screen, or do you see any corresponding errors in the logs?  If you can provide screenshots of the error that might be helpful as well.

What versions of the Pega Platform and Pega Customer Service Application are you using?
