Automated Calling (phone calls) Software Integrated with PRPC application

I am looking for some help in case if someone has interfaced a PRPC application with a 3rd party automated calling software that can trigger phone calls to customers (Typical use case is to trigger some kind of phone call alerts from application). Please respond with your expertise and experience with this type of integration and also recommendations on any best-of-breed Automated Calling software in the market.
