Is there any way we can synchronize the Desk phone operations(like hang up) to PRPC soft phone. When ever user performs any operation on their desk phone that should be reflected on the PRPC soft phone also. Ex: when we hangup on the desk phone that should be reflected on PRPC soft phone also.

Thanks for the response Matt, i came to know that it works with newer version(Pega Call 6.2 Sp4 and above). we are in the process of upgrading all the components of PRPC and it will take time. Meanwhile i just wanted to find out if it is possible with the older version of Pega Call.
