Attaching a document is saving the details of the case
I have attached an attachment to a page in pagelist. When i click on cancel and open the case the other changes in the page is not removed.
The details should be available in the page only when user saves the case or submits the case.
Please suggest if we can fix the issue.

@PrabhakaranB Would need more details as to how the attachment is added to pagelist and the steps involved. Make sure to use defer save if you don't want any changes to be persisted until a commit happens.
