Archiving at case level in Pega 8.1
Hi Pega Support team,
We are exploring new option available in Pega 8.1 with regards to archiving cases.
The Support document states that this capability is available in Pega Cloud only.
We are using custom cloud (Azure cloud) environment and not Pega cloud. I would like to check whether this functionality is valid for custom cloud environments and if so, how to configure secondary storage to store archived cases and the configuration required for the search functionality brings the archived cases from secondary storage.
Please could you help on this topic as quickly as you can.

The feature is in the road map but there are a lot of work to be done outside Pegacloud environment. Suggest you contact your account manager to present your business requirement to Pega product management.

Did you get any updates on this?. I am looking for a similar approach in case archiving too.
S3 bucket has a flat storage structure so wanted to get information on how a case is stored there.

Hi Vijay,
I was doing the POC for the same requirement, The File is stored in excel format on the CLoud storage.
Do you have any idea how to import it to bring the cases back from the archive?
For the Wizard the file generated is of Zip format and we can import it, but not sure of Case Archival import process.
