SMA in version 8.1

I am trying to work out why re-indexing isn't firing automatically. But I cannot find SMA, or any references to in in Help or any PDN article. Has it been removed, or changed to something else in this version. How can I verify the condition of an agent.

The server is a Pega Cloud instance.
