Our application is running on Pega cloud PRPC 8.4.1. We would like to use the case archival policy by providing the number of days post Resolved-* to purge and archive work objects from Pega tables. As per documentation it mentions Work object and related table contents will be moved to secondary storage.
We wanted to know the following before proceeding with the approach
1) How to configure secondary storage, does it require to be purchased separately and is their any limitation for the same ?
2) How to access the work objects in secondary storage to show in review mode or to capture details in report definition or for the use of audit purpose ?
3) Is there any advantage of using this approach over Pega Purge and Archive wizard which provides a zip file at the end of execution ?
4) Is it possible to have different secondary storage for different applications / case types ?
