Can we run existing or create new reports to access the data in secondary storage in pega
Hi, We are trying to do case archival for our application and can you please provide info for the following ?
1)Can we do reporting on the archived data which is stored in Pega cloud file storage?
2)Also, I was trying to add few properties for searching the archived case data in pyWorkSearch local action which is the default OOTB case view of archived data .But could not achieve with this steps
3)Do we have any limitation to add properties in the OOTB case view of archived data since we have to custom search properties ?

1) The data is stored in the archival storage as fiat files. We can't run the report definition; however, you can run an OOTB activity to pull the data from archival storage.
2) It is essential to optimize the properties required for search before archival storage.

@RameshSangili , Thank you for the response .Is there any limitation for adding the filters in the search properties since we need to make custom search will it impact any performance ?
Also, I am trying to add already exposed properties in my work table and index table .Does the same property need to be created again in the Work- table and expose it ? or can we create search properties using the existing work class and select the properties ? Can you please explain the optimizing the properties for search ? Can we add more columns to the OOTB view of archived data .
