PMF Reporting: basing a new report on an existing report
I am new to PMF, and I need to create a report or two. Some of the standard reports are close, and I'd like to use them as starting points.
The Report Browser's help file says that I can save standard reports into a private category and modify them, but I don't see how to do that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Below is the information to create report in PRPC application:

- Refer https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v721/procomhelpmain.htm creating reports in Case Manager of Pega 7.2.1.
Below is the information to create report in PMF:
- Add report popup
- Enter Case type, Report type and click submit button
- Add/Edit the report filter and click on Done editing button
- Save the report by giving the title, description and category, then click submit button.

Hello Tom,
If I understand your requirement, i.e. create a new report from an existing report, then you can do it as below:
Traverse to Reports section >> click any existing report >> click edit report >> change filter(if need be) >> click done editing >> Click ‘Save as’ under Action button.
( Or )
Traverse to Reports section >> Click ‘Take action on report’ and select copy >> Enter details like report title, description, etc..
PS: I tried this in PMF application which is based on Pega 7.2.2.
