AES 8.1

Hi Team,

Could you please let me know if Pega AES 8.1 is released.. If released kindly share me the installation document. I don't see the the document in the below PDN link.

Also kindly let me know if Pega AES 7.3 can be installed on Pega Platform 8.1

Hi,

The latest version of AES is AES 7.3.AES73 running on Pega73 can receive and process messages from Pega8. AES73 does not specifically recognize / handle Pega8 alert codes(new alert introduced from infinity) but will track messages and create generic cases.

Hi,

We don't have any information as of now for future release of AES versions.

But we have PDC(Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) which is free source and enhanced version of AES.

Pega PDC though is a freesource still it is hosted by Pega. If due to restriction customer data can't be sent out of the organisation how can we use PDC?

In that case we can't use PDC. But just for you information, PDC don't store any data. We will just parse and show data. There are many on-prime customer using PDC.

Hi All,

Alerts and exceptions are filtered prior to being sent. PII is removed. You can also customize wht is filtered via DSS on the monitored systems.
Data from the alerts/exceptions themselves is kept for 2 weeks by default. Again there is no PII information or any information leading to the ability to connect to or hinder the monitored systems. 
The recommendation is for all users to use this service. It greatly enhances the ability for the support organization to more rapidly diagnose and resolve issues.

I believe AES 8.1 is in the works and I also have no firm dates available.
