It looks like there is a problem with the PRPC_Rules.jar that is being used.

If you search (google) for "java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid entry CRC" you will see articles suggesting you check the file and / or verify there isn't an issue with the disk being used as file corruption is a likely cause of this error.

 

I'd suggest getting the media for the installation again and verifying that the download has finished correctly by comparing the checksum of the download with the checksum provided for the media.

 

If you've used FTP to transfer files subsequent to download make sure the transfer mode is binary not ASCII where appropriate.
