Getting error in installation of pega platform in the desktop

Error: "unable to connect the server"

Please let us know if you are installing the Pega Personal Edition?

If not, which version are you installing and what are the steps that could help us replicate your issue?

Also, please provide type of installation and full stack trace, so we can say more on this. At first glance, it can be problem with connection between db and pega, but this is just hypothesis. Once we will have more info on this, we will try to help you.
