[email protected] is not working in the VM env
Hi,
I have completed the set-up VM player and imported the .ova file accrodingly. I could go to the Pega login screen from the URL given in the VM console but when tried to put:
ID: [email protected] and Password: Password123# (this is given the URL), the systems says "The information you entered was not recognized.:
Alternatively, I could login to the Pega application with ID and password supplied in the course.
Please help me to login as Admin of PRPC application.

Login with operator which is given in the exercise if you have downloaded VM for any course, later create/reset password of your own.

Why not just change the password for the admin operator ID?
fwiw, there is no value in using the [email protected] ID. Most of the sample operator IDs have the same privileges.

Workaround - Login as an operator with dev access, go to the dev studio and do a "Save As" of the "[email protected]" user and set a password.

for me even admin.HRApps operator ID did not work
can you please share me the ID worked for you. and the password.
