We're trying to export the [email protected] account from our production environment and import it to our lower environments.  I'm not a PRPC expert, but I the prpcUtils import is straight forward enough.  Exporting the operator is where we have questions.

• We've attempted exporting the operator from PRPC Configure->Applications->Distribution->Export, but the [email protected] operator doesn't show up under the list of operators on step 6 of the wizard (logged in as the administrator account).  I suspect this is because the admin operator doesn't fall under any of the applications it allows me to choose.
• We've also attempted using prpcUtils (https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/how-import-or-export-archive-command-line).  However, I am not clear on what the config should be to just export the admin account.  We have the pzInsKey for the operator, but the utility is expecting a file (if using pzInsKeys).
• (We've also attempted using the rescue account provided on another pega post to reset the password, but this account is unable to open the administrator operator, indicating there may be something corrupted on the account in the lower environments.)

Is anyone aware of a way to export the [email protected] operator so that we can import it into the lower environments?

We're trying to perform a platform upgrade, but need the account reset first.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Please be as detailed as possible.  We use this primarily for RPA/RobotManager; so, we don't know PRPC very well.
