Cannot log in as MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktMOC although [email protected] works

Hello,

I am unable to log in with the marketing analyst account although I am in with [email protected].

I tried logging in many times so I am sure it is not a typo, and the VM works perfectly. I am using the VM from the Marketing Essentials 7.13 course but have also tried using the login info provided in the 7.1 class (which is not working obviously).

If anyone has any idea what I could try doing I would really appreciate it!

Hi Paul

Did you remember to import the jar MarketingWithOutboundCampaign.jar associated with the lesson?

Just in case there is any misunderstanding the user name associated with the lesson is MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktMOC password rules.
