Adapative Analytics- Postive Negative count is 0
Hi,
We are building a Adaptive Model for POC purpose. Everything is set up ok, the outcome paramters, predictors, etc. Also the Adaptive analytics is called correctly from the Strategy.
The problem that we are facing is on the Adaptive Model Management portal the # Recorded Response count is increasing but the # Positives or # Negatives is 0.

Most likely the model has not been updated. Check the 'memory' settings (or update model after ... records setting - depending on the product version you use) or force a model update on the adaptive models management landing page.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I checked everything is done as per the document. As Miki suggested when I manually force the model update the counts are increasing but not otherwise. Any other thing that I will have to do.
Thanks!

Hi Sudha,
Can you try to update the model manually on the ADM page, if didnt work do you have model response in any CSV format to upload?

Hi Sudha,
What is your setting for the model update frequency? ("Update model after every" in the Settings tab of the adaptive model rule)
If the number of responses for a model instance exceeds this threshold the model should be automatically updated.
If this does not happen please log a support request,
