Reg Sentiment Analytics

Hi,

With regards to Sentiment Analytics I understand the text analysis will be happening across Facebook, Twitter & YouTube. Kindly confirm whether it includes the text analysis from Play Store comments as well. Thanks.

Text analytics per say is independent of the underlying channel(FB, twitter or YouTube) and sentiment analysis works for any channel to which it is connected. The above 3 mentioned channels are supported OOTB. Play store as a channel is not supported OOTB. However, with upcoming 7.3, we have a new extendable connector framework where new connectors(like Play store) can be integrated using this framework.
