Active requestor count displays negative count in the requestor pool
When I was checking the requestor pool, I have found a abnormal behaviour where in active requestors count for an email listener shows negative value. Can someone, please help me understand in which situations this kind of scenario is possible?

May I know deployment of the PRPC application? EAR or WAR? Incase of EAR you could see above mentioned behavior. PRPC6.2SP2 has Hfix.

Can you please confirm if you are have configured the SERVICE PACKAGE as "Stateless" and "Unautenticated". If so then when SOAP message service request arrives in PRPC and is processed successfully, the requestor gets “stuck” in an Active state and is not returned to the requestor pool. After 10 messages are processed the Maximum Active requestors limit is reached. When the 11th message is received no more requestors are created and a time out error occurs – “Timed out borrowing service requestor from requestor pool”.
This issue will occur if you are using “context switch” using auth.setUserSecurityProfile in the SERVICE ACTIVITY using the following code implementation:

auth.setUserSecurityProfile(tools, UserID)
If you are on PRPC 62SP1 then please request for HFIX-5818 and If PRPC 62SP2 then HFIX-6194 where it had been fixed.
